How Volume-Based Pricing Works
When we arrive, we look at what needs to go and estimate how much space it will take in our truck. Pricing is based on common load sizes such as:
- Small pickup / minimum load
- 1/8 truck
- 1/4 truck
- 1/2 truck
- 3/4 truck
- Full truck
You will know the price before we load anything. If you want to add or remove items, we can adjust the quote before we start.

What Affects Price
Most pricing comes down to volume, but a few things can influence the final quote:
- Access: stairs, tight hallways, long carry distance, or limited parking
- Time and handling: very large, awkward, or extra-heavy items
- Material weight: heavier debris (tile, plaster, small concrete loads) can affect the quote
- Staging: items in one pile load faster than scattered items

If you send photos, we can often give a rough estimate ahead of time. The final price is confirmed on-site because volume and access are easiest to judge in person.

Items We Typically Cannot Take
For safety and legal reasons, we typically cannot haul hazardous materials such as chemicals, solvents, fuel/oil, asbestos-containing materials, and medical waste. If you are unsure about an item, contact us and we will advise.
